Alistair Baillie – Chairman
Alistair Baillie has extensive international experience in the construction, commercial development and operation of ports and terminals.
He has held senior roles in the merchant navy, in ship building and management, in stevedoring, in corporate development and in winning, developing, optimising and directing an international portfolio of port businesses.
Eliza O’Toole – Vice Chairman
Eliza O'Toole has 20 years' specialist experience in port structures, implementation and development, including maritime construction, procurement and management.
As a partner in London City law firms, her practice focused on port, strategic road and rail infrastructure, environmental risk and management and in the delivery of major infrastructure and regeneration projects. Eliza also sits on the TT Club Board, which provides insurance and related risk management services to the world's largest shipping lines, busiest ports, biggest freight forwarders and cargo handling terminals.
Mehrdad Noorani
Mehrdad Noorani is a partner of GIP and is based in London.
Previously, Mehrdad served as Managing Director and Head of Airport Finance at GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS). Prior to joining GE in 2003, Mehrdad was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Department and a senior member of the firm’s Transportation and Logistics Group in London, which he joined in 1991 (this Group was part of the BZW business, which was acquired by Credit Suisse in 1998).
Gary Pritchard
Gary Pritchard is an Operating Partner at GIP and is based in Stamford, CT.
Prior to joining GIP, Gary was Vice President of Manufacturing at SABIC Innovative Plastics (formerly GE Plastics) headquartered in Pittsfield, MA. In this role Gary was responsible for all manufacturing operations and leadership responsibility for all capital investment planning and environmental, health and safety policy. Prior to the sale in 2007 of GE Plastics Gary had a 27 year career in GE holding numerous executive leadership roles in GE’s Plastics and Silicones businesses.
